I went in the other day and was helped by an "Alex" this was by far the most unpleasant experience I've had in a while he was extremely disrespectful and tried telling me I was too "big" for a certain clothing article.
Personally, I've always had great experiences here. Usually very helpful people that enjoy trends and chatting.
