Very comfortable place to have your teeth worked on rather you are going in for a cleaning or more! They have a great staff that make you feel right at home. They are also great with kids... I take all four of mine and the youngest is 4 and we have never had any problems with him cooperating because they are just the good!
The office staff on the other hand is less than parr - rude, unprofessional and act annoyed to check you in, schedule your checkups etc.
Let me start by saying that my dentist is fantastic, not only with me but also with my son. He is the ONLY reason that we continue to come back.
On another note: IF the office is closed for lunch, or closing early (they're only open until noon on Thursdays) I feel it's appropriate to have an out of office auto responder.
Most disrespectful, impatient, and insensitive dentist with children that I ever met.
By far the worst customer service ever! We drive from 2 hours away, and get treat very poorly! Last time they canceled our appointment and failed to notify us, and then one of the "clerks" lied and said she had called us which was a lie, and today everyone in my family had an appointment and somehow mine was canceled! And to top it off the same "clerk" was talking about how I walked in, and how I'm going to be last BC I "lied" about my appointment as if to punish me! We pay to come here and get treated horribly!
My last 2 visits weren’t very pleasant. The girl who attended my 3 year daughter was very impatient, rude and just had a horrible attitude. I guess if your child cries they don’t deserve a “prize”
