Don't bother coming. They rather spend their time telling you what they can do instead of taking the minute to print a piece of paper.

This place sucks, I'd give them zero stars if I was allowed to. I purchased a printer recently, was having issues getting software loaded onto laptop, called and asked them for help to get printer to work with laptop, which I also bought at staples, and they advised me that they would be charging $65.00 for this help. Thought wow, where is the service with the sale.Where has the customer service gone to.
