I live in Washington and ordered a floral arrangement for our daughter's first Mother's Day. I ordered on Wednesday for a Friday delivery. I called to inquire that the delivery had been made and felt like everyone I spoke with was rude and not understanding of our situation. The delivery person was also rude when my daughter called having missed the delivery. I will not be using this florist again. Customer service goes a long ways people!
I ordered out of state, and couldn't be more pleased with the floral arrangement. Friendly staff! Will order again.
