Update: she went to get a refund and they refused at first, treated her like she was stupid, ended up only giving half of her money back. Terrible service.

I went in to get a light brown ombré and I ended up with my hair half orange. Susan was very rude when I told her I wasn't satisfied and that wanted my money back. NOT at all worth the price.
Terrible terrible terrible. My friend got her hair done. Over priced for terrible work. If you want your hair to look good don't come here. Susan doesn't know what she's doing, and she's rude. Please don't come here.
