This store has gone down hill in the past few years. So sad.
Wonderful people to help us find items and load our car. Pleasant as well. Manager and especially the people who work there should get a bonus. Thanks for all the help
All I needed was a 1lb box of 3 inch screws to finish my fence. They had only 5 lb boxes of 2.5, 3 and 3.5 inch screws. They had slots for the 1 lb. box of screws but the shelfs where they go were dusty. I ended up going to Menards.
The worst Home Depot Store ! Ever time i go in, there is a different problem with the pro-center. The ladies are always to busy talking about personal stuff. Using their cell phones, and trying to find lost orders. When i need a phone cell done. They wait until i call the home owners on my personal phone and expect me to ask them for their personal information. They have no idea what a Pro Number is , or how to input it on the computer. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND !
Every time I come here it takes forever to get someone to help. The customer service is horrible and the head cashier named Margarita is extremely rude and disrespectful. She is always giving us trouble when we are paying and the managers never come to the front to help.
