I take my kids to the pediactric center. I have gone there for 7 years now. It seems to have great doctors but forget about the staff. The clerical at the desk dont even look up when you come in. You have to wait until they are done eating, chatting, or on their facebook for them to even give you a chance to talk. They have no regard for customer service. When you do call IF you even get answered its always in a rude manner.
If you plan on taking your kids there expect not to be seen for at least an hour and a half. Good luck!!
They are lucky they have wifi, cause that's about the only thing they have to offer.
Still currently sitting here in the office have been here since 12:40 and its 3:34 I still have yet to see a doctor, but so far the entire staff has been very rude but mainly the receptionist Ava. Would suggest not coming here. If I had not already been charged $80.00 (which I should not of been charged) I would leave.
I took my dying dog there and they slammed the door in my face. Talk about discrimination. I have never been to such an unempathetic, cruel place.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I have been to the podiatry clinic twice. The first time waited 2 hours to see the Dr for a 10 min appointment. Now I am here again (crazy I know) I have been waiting for over an hour and a half AGAIN!! This is insane. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
