Service of the absolutely highest order. Iris, Johnny and Family are simply superb!!! They clean our entire office building (carpet and tile) every year and do an amazing job. They always go the extra mile and their attention to detail goes far beyond expectations. Very dedicated and professional..and most important trustworthy. If you want old fashioned honest hard working folks cleaning your floors, I highly recommend giving them a call. We will be using them again.

Iris is delightful and the team of technicians, though I didn't actually meet or see them did a job I was very satisfied with. The 'little things they did " meant a lot. a Five Star Rating from me.
AMAZING!!!!!! Loved, loved, LOVED, their work!!!!!!! I have a VERY naughty family dog (Howard), I have a love/hate relationship with him, when upset with me, will pee on our living room carpet, in the same spot. They were able to eliminate the odor AND the oily film! Also, Howard had tracked in some tar on the carpet as well and after Iris's was done with it, it was like the tar was never there. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended! Don't hesitate! Like Iris told me the first time we spoke, "we aren't the cheapest but we aren't the most expensive either," I would have them come back even it they were the most expensive, they were that good!!!!
We had Iris Cleaning do the carpets before we moved into our house and they did great job of getting out the stains the previous people had made in the house. Just recently had them back out to clean the carpets again after we got a new puppy. I would definately use them again.
We called Iris' cleaning after the awesome job they did cleaning the duct work in our house. We recently purchased a camper that had been smoked in and nothing we tried could get the smell out. They offered to try to help us. Though they were not able to get the smoke smell out, they stood behind their advertisement of 100% satisfied or your money back. Iris called to ask how the smell was, I told her unfortunately it was still there...she apologized and said I am ripping up your check then! What company does that anymore? Thank you Iris for trying to help with the smell and standing behind your promise!! We will use you again and have already told so many of our friends about your service!
