On a Friday night my husband and I chose to grab a couple drinks at BWW. The tables were about half-empty so they were not ridiculously busy. We were seated and sat without being waited on for thirty minutes, with multiple waiters and waitresses walking around us we chose to leave. We told the hostesses what had happened and they were less than accommodating. We are not pleased with our service.
Good eats. Parking is not the grestest. If you have a large auto.
The wings really arent that hot even when you order the hottest. Plus taste like drinking tabasco sauce. Service was kinda skinky too not sure if they need more staff to help or if our waitress was just stressed but she forgot refils.
Wait staff not attentive. After multiple requests for a high chair for my toddler, I had to go find one myself. The hostess did not look like he even cared that he was at work that day. Food was good however.
Excellent food, excellent service and great beer! They treated my daughter like royalty for her birthday.
