Load six hours!!!
I have delivery today, take 2 hour, poor unloading time
Very very poor loading time. .. don't know the purpose in an appnt time when you're there 4 hrs AFTER said appointment time before they even back you into a door. .. don't even want to talk about the actual loading time frame! Just expect to spend all day there
They process and provide cold storage for pet food.
It doesn't matter if you are on time or late you will sit here for hours! They work with a 2 person crew seems like because they can only load 1 or 2 trucks at a time. I've been staged in front of a door since 7:30am appointment time. I was late, paid the $100 late fee and now am a "work in" which I'm guessing means until right before closing. There is 1 other truck here besides me and they can't give me a time table of when I could get loaded.
