We were there today, Saturday, we got great service and they took plenty of time and answered all our questions.
The gentleman who helped me reset my phone was absolutely wonderful did a nice job cleaning it up for me. Maybe his name Chris?????
Went to the store today to buy a car charger, nothing else. Went to the rack, picked up the charger, and was told they'd get to me when it was my turn. Excuse me! There were several people in front of me and waiting an hour just to pay for a charger, well, they can keep their damned charger!
Not helpful at all could not tell me what was going on with my phone. Sorry but them are the experts there .
Just rating this store, I always feel like they are truly professional here helping resolve any issue you may have. Version is super expensive but their products are top of the line. At this store you can get phones, tablets, watches, as well as many more phone accessories.
