Was let off the train at 5:45 am. No service at all. Freezing cold weather. Not a soul in site. Finally walked around and found a gas station.

Very poor. Man on staff was a jerk and wanting to pick fights. Train was late again.
The man running the station was very rude. Our train was 4 hours late and in the past when we were 10 mins late they made us buy a whole new ticket for next day. I mentioned this to him and he told us "oh well" and tried picking a fight about it telling us to deal with it and get over it. He was not nice or helpful and we will not be traveling with Amtrak again.
