Really...a few minutes late and they refuse to see you.
The place is clean and other staff is friendly but I would not recommend this vet to anyone!
Inadequate care. Somehow they missed that a stray cat I had taken in had mange, tapeworms, conjuctivitis, a severe ear infection and was incredibly anemic. When the cat didn't get any better I had a different vet look at her. I was subsequently refused a refund from GCVC and blamed for not checking back with them with her health continued to decline. Why on earth would I have taken her back there when they didn't do anything right the first time?
They are great and were really supportive when our fur baby was passing. They don't charge an arm and a leg too.
My dog is already anxious at the vet, the doctor came in - tried to manhandle my scared dog- then refused us service because my doctor nipped warningly, as a scared dog would do!
We've been using Garden City Vet since we moved here 3 years ago. They are AMAZING and that still isn't a strong enough word. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and are as honest as they come.
I have never met someone who doesn't know their way around an animal like the doctor here.
