No games, Gimmicks. Drove from AZ to buy from Angel at Burtis. Had a fair deal with trade-in agreed upon beforehand over the phone. Angel didn't play any games when I arrived. Nice, respectful sales staff. I'd drive there again. Easy buying experience without the pressure at other dealerships.
I tried to get an oil change and it was a day and a half wait. Then I tried to get my def topped off and they wouldn't take the 10 minutes it took to do that as well. The lady that answers the phone for the service department was less than helpful or friendly. I will take my business to a place that actually appreciates their customers and doesn't act like they are doing you a favor.
