Total JOKE. Just lie to get you through the door. Bought truck. the sales "manager" agreed to fix bumper and put new tires of my choice on it with an alignments. Call twice sales "manager" says they're working on it. Well after a week sitting in lot they get to it. Put new bumper but put broke plastic back on it.? And put cheapest tire they could dig up told them they had to change tires. After arguing and talking of getting attorney involved they changed the tires... Broke the sensors in wheels. Replaced sensors messed up ecm with their computer trying to reset new sensors. Then they took it somewhere for alignment. Finally get truck back after a month. Will never go back............ Oh and my front tires are wearing bad cause there out of alignment.... Figures
Great service department! Excellent service and sales team! I recommend taking your car there for all your service needs they know their stuff. Sales team is always willing to answer all your questions and get you in the car you've always wanted. Highly recommended!
On April 29th we went to Legacy to look at a Yukon they had on their lot, as we got closer we noticed that it had Denali badges on the door, so I went in to ask for more information on it and see if we could test drive it. I talked to a salesman about it for a while, then he went and brought it up to the office so we could test drive it. After we drove it, we liked it even more, so we decided to try and buy it. With the Denali badges and a Denali grill, we thought we were buying a Denali! As we're doing the paperwork, we kept on talking about how nice the Denali was for the miles it had on, which was 145,000 miles. The price was decent for it being a Denali, or so we thought. The whole hour and a half we were there, not once did anyone correct us when we called it a Denali. We bought it, a month later our bank calls and says it's not a Denali. So I go ask Legacy about it, and they said on paper they sold it as a Yukon SLT, but verbally they sold it as a Denali. I asked them to fix the mess up, they refused. Storm told me legally they didn't have to do anything about it, so they wouldn't. I went in a couple weeks later and asked them again to fix it, they refused. So now we're stuck with an Slt yukon that was sold to us by Legacy as a Denali. So, for anyone looking to buy a vehicle here, be warned, after they get you to sign a contract, they don't care about you as their customer. Take your business else where!
They screw you around for a month saying they haven't heard from the banks they run your credit 1500 times just to ruin your credit score
