Very helpful and no pressure. I worked in the automotive industry for 5 years as a student and as an employee. Worked at several dealerships as well as studied many more. I absolutlely hate salesman, sales department, and most all involved in that department, Simply because most were liars. At western i recieved a straight answer, (per jeff) what i was told is what happened, there was no underpromise then over deliver, haggle over a higher price, or any other salesman tricks i know all too well. Take it from a die hard ford guy that i bought a honda at western.
Only place in Garden City where I would buy a vehicle. Service is fantastic and the salesmen are not pushy.
